Notice how much your pool’s water level goes down in one week. If, at the end of one week, it takes about 30 minutes to re-fill your pool to the original level, set your new automatic valve to once a week for 30 minutes - or set it to once a day for 4 minutes. Either way, on-average, it will keep your pool filled to the appropriate level. Every now and then, check your pool’s water level - to see if you need to alter your current settings...
VERSATILE DESIGN:
Fully automates your existing brass or plastic ¾" or 1" antisiphon FILL valve. Compatibly converts ¾" and 1" Champion, Orbit and Mundo brass valves, as well as ¾" and 1" Richdel, Rainbird, LawnGenie and Rainjet plastic valves. Selector dial under the top cover programs the frequency of watering - from once every 45 minutes to once every 21 days. A Push-Button controls the start times and the duration of watering - from as short as one minute to as long as 24 hours. A semi-automatic feature permits a single cycle, then returning to it’s regular program. A manual override lever allows one to manually turn the valve ON or OFF. An adjustable flow control also allows you to FILL at a slower rate than FULL-ON. Operates with pressures ranging from 25 to 125 P.S.I.
SIMPLE TO INSTALL:
Simply turn off your water supply temporarily, then remove the manual ON/OFF twist control currently on your Pool/SPA "FILL" valve and replace it with the new automatic control valve. Program the new valve - as desired, and turn your water supply back on. .
